Digital Image Surface Measuring Instrument

Digital image measuring instrument is applicable for developing products、measuring and drawing、quality inspection and so on. The base stand is made of high density granite, which is high rigidity, high corrosion resistance and good stability; the cross worktable is made of advanced cast iron, which is exposed in the nature air for a long time and features good stability. XY axis is drove by toothless smooth lever, which resolve the gap problems caused by using traditional screw lever and improve the running sensitivity. It also helps to realize the automatism of searching margin, catching and revising workpiece. The measuring result can be directly imported to AutoCAD for further dealing.

  • Standard image measuring instrument adopts high density granite for its worktable, the cross worktable is made of advanced cast iron which is exposed in nature environment for a long time and features good stability, the manual moving mode provides economical、 high efficiency and various humanity measuring function, it can meet different measuring requirements, especially for quality inspection in workshop with much more economy, accuracy and utility.
  • The Cross worktable adopts linear guiding rail and toothless smooth lever transmission system, which ensure the instrument running evenly and fast.
  • The lamp-houses above and below adopt LED cold light, feature a long service life.

    Multiple digital image measuring instrument

    Multiple type image surface measuring instrument is the upgraded product of standard type image surface measuring instrument, which is equipped with high precision ReniShaw probe. Combined with the using of Gager 2.0, the software can switch the image mode and probe mode freely. Besides featuring all the measuring function of standard type, it can measure the round, trench, blind hole, taper of the 3D workpiece and its stepping height, and calculate the relative position, distance and angle of the object. It can also measure the section and surface of irregular object and the results can be imported to Pro-E or UG directly for further processing.

At the meantime, you can switch to probe measuring mode to complete measuring job. The software adopts Windows style, draw-down menus and mouse action support, which make the interface friendly and very easy to operate.
