Digital image measuring instrument is applicable for developing products、measuring and drawing、quality inspection and so on. The base stand is made of high density granite, which is high rigidity, high corrosion resistance and good stability; the cross worktable is made of advanced cast iron, which is exposed in the nature air for a long time and features good stability. XY axis is drove by toothless smooth lever, which resolve the gap problems caused by using traditional screw lever and improve the running sensitivity. It also helps to realize the automatism of searching margin, catching and revising workpiece. The measuring result can be directly imported to AutoCAD for further dealing.

Multiple Type Specifications
Multiple type image surface measuring instrument is the upgraded product of standard type image surface measuring instrument, which is equipped with high precision ReniShaw probe. Combined with the using of Gager 2.0, the software can switch the image mode and probe mode freely. Besides featuring all the measuring function of standard type, it can measure the round, trench, blind hole, taper of the 3D workpiece and its stepping height, and calculate the relative position, distance and angle of the object. It can also measure the section and surface of irregular object and the results can be imported to Pro-E or UG directly for further processing.
