The magnetizing fixture plays a critical role in the success of the magnetizing application. Our fixtures are custom designed and built to meet the magnetizing specifications provided by customer. The are computer designed to optimize performances. Special epoxies are used to dissipate heat from the fixture. Most magnetizing fixtures adopt liquid cool or air cool way. Special fixtures can also be designed to meet customer magnetizing requirements.
