The dry spray granulator as spray drier is specially designed for the drying of all kinds of liquid, such as emulsion, suspended liquid, mash and solution, especially for the liquids of polymer, resin, dyestuff, pigment, ceramics, glass, rust remover, insecticide, carbohydrate, dairy, washing agent, surface active agent, fertilizer, organic compound, inorganic compound and etc. Our magnetic compounds dried by the dry spraying granulator appear average round sizes and reach high dryness degree. Those magnetic compounds including SmCo compounds and NdFeB compounds can be made high quality SmCo magnets and NdFeB magnets correspondingly.
After being filtered and heated in the dry spraying granulator, the air enters into the distributor on the top of the spray drier and then enters into the drier spirally and evenly. The feed liquid after being filtered is pumped into the centrifugal spray atomizer on the top of the drier, where the feed liquid is fully atomized. When the atomized liquid contacts the heated air, the moisture of liquid will fast evaporate and the liquid will be dried into the finished products which will discharge from the bottom of the granulator dryer and whirlwind separator and the exhaust air will be exhausted by blower fan
